  2. Approval & Instructions: Once your request is reviewed, we’ll send you return instructions.
  3. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless the product is defective or damaged during transit.
  4. Refund Process:
    • For Card Payments: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, which may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment gateway’s processing time.
    • For UPI/Wallet Payments: Refunds will be processed to the original UPI ID or wallet used during the transaction, which may take up to 5-7 business days.
    • For COD (Cash on Delivery): Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet, depending on your preference, after verification of the return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Opened or used products unless defective

Important Notes:

  • We inspect the returned items once received. If they meet the return conditions, the refund or exchange will be processed.
  • If you choose to exchange, the new product will be shipped after the returned item is inspected.
